dbda sponsors Road Safety GB annual conference 2009
dbda is proud to announce that it has been confirmed as the co-sponsor of the 2009 Road Safety GB annual conference. This will be alongside the Highways Agency, which is responsible for operating, maintaining and improving the strategic road networks in England.
This year's event will be held in Cambridge at The University Arms, from 12th-13th November. This a highly popular event within the road safety calendar; over 100 delegates have already registered and the table top exhibition which runs alongside the event has already sold out.
Confirmed speakers include Fiona Seymore (Think!), Chris Watts (DfT), Rob Gifford (PACTS), Dr Lisa Dom (Cranfield University) as well as Dr Fiona Fylan (Brainbox Research).
Dawn Boyfield, MBE, Managing Director of dbda is delighted to announce this partnership and "hopes that this new venture will not only benefit those that attend the conference but will ultimately make a difference to everyone who uses the roads in this country".
