Dawn Boyfield MBE moves to Chairman role, Bharti Bhikha to MD
After 27 years, Dawn Boyfield MBE has taken on a new role as Chairman of CSR consultancy dbda, and director of Bob Geldof’s TV and Education group, Ten Alps.
But having founded and built dbda (now part of Ten Alps) she is just as passionate as ever about the business – and keen to use her new position to grow it internationally.
Bharti Bhikha has meanwhile stepped into the ‘hot-seat’, becoming Managing Director, responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. And after 15 years within the company, the continuity will be seamless.
“Bharti combines passion to make a difference and experience in the industry with superb judgement about the right output for each customer, and understanding of client needs and target audiences,” said Dawn. “These will be great assets to the company going forward.”
Bharti Bhikha said: “I’m excited at the prospect of leading dbda as we develop new opportunities in the UK and beyond. We have a great team of staff and I’m proud to take the helm of a company which we all know has such heart and soul. Here’s to the next twenty-seven years.”
dbda is an award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility consultancy specialising in education, safety and sustainability issues, working with a wide range of Corporates, Local Authorities and Charities. It provides strategic research and solutions, whether communication and PR, or resource and programme delivery and management.
