How the West was won!
After an exhaustive tendering process, dbda are delighted to have been awarded two contracts in the West of Scotland, an area that covers almost half the population of Scotland.
The new contracts cover road safety marketing services for the Go Safe Glasgow Road Safety Partnership, who deliver road user education projects alongside publicity and enforcement campaigns across the City, and Road Safety West of Scotland who provide a similar service across the heartland of Scotland through its twelve constituent local authorities.
Proposed campaigns over the coming year are the ‘Looked But Failed to See’ publicity initiative, a technical document on safety outside schools and a new section of the Go Safe website that will make it easier to sign-up for on-road cycle training in Glasgow.
Bill Smith, who will manage the contracts for dbda, commented, “We are delighted to be building on our previous work with Glasgow whilst expanding our presence across the West of Scotland. We intend to provide the groups and the target audience with engaging campaigns that will make a difference.”
